Three information evenings
There are three different information evenings you can attend during your pregnancy:
- Birth preparation course: Bevallen doen we samen (giving birth together)
- Breastfeeding information evening
- Information evenings at the HagaZiekenhuis Zoetermeer
Bevallen doen we samen! (giving birth together)
During this course we take you through the birth. What are contractions, and how can I best cope with them? Where can you give birth, what are the options and how do you make a birth plan? In short, everything that helps you look back on a beautiful experience later. The course is in Dutch. Would you like to join? It is best to take part between 30 and 34 weeks of pregnancy. The evening starts at 19.00 and ends at 21.30. The cost is €20 per couple. You can sign up with our assistants on 079-321 71 72 or via info@keita.nl.

Breastfeeding information evening
At the breastfeeding information evening a lactation consultant will tell you more about breastfeeding. It is held in the Toneelzaal of HagaZiekenhuis Zoetermeer. The presentation starts at 19.00 and lasts until about 21.00. The room opens at 18.30. During this evening the lactation consultant will explain what breastfeeding involves, what the advantages and disadvantages are, and of course there is room for questions. The cost for this evening is €15.00. You can sign up for this evening via this link (in Dutch). You can bring one guest. Once you have signed up for an information evening, you will receive a payment request and extra information about one week in advance.

Information evenings at the HagaZiekenhuis Zoetermeer
The HagaZiekenhuis Zoetermeer also holds an information evening. We recommend that you attend this evening at the hospital, even if you want to give birth at home. Staff of the HagaZiekenhuis Zoetermeer tell you about the options for giving birth in the hospital and, when possible, give a tour of the delivery rooms. The next information evenings are planned on:
